Two weeks without a Dryer.
Two service calls so far, and two different parts sent directly to me (mis-diagnoses on the others)
Third service call scheduled for Monday, and some idiot calling to confirm the appointment and left a voicemail this morning to tell me this is a COD service call that will cost me $85 (when it’s new and very much within warranty).
So… needing laundry done, and having about enough of this charlie-foxtrot.. I said screw it and changed out the thermistor myself. Why wait till Monday? Done deal, and my dryer works now.
When you want something done right (with competence and expediency), you do it yourself.
